1116 LLC ("1116", "we", "us") provides software, courses, and consulting under the following terms. By using any 1116 service or product, you agree to these terms.
Services
1116 offers live courses, custom engagements, and access to companion materials. Specific deliverables are detailed in your engagement agreement, course landing page, or invoice.
Payment and scheduling
Payment is handled via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the listed amount and agree to participate in the scheduled engagement. Scheduling changes more than 14 days before the event are accommodated at no cost; closer changes are subject to availability.
Intellectual property
Course content, custom engagement deliverables, and proprietary materials remain the property of 1116 LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business and learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish 1116 materials without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use 1116 services for unlawful purposes, to harass other participants, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to remove access for users who violate these expectations.
Liability
1116 provides services on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1116 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
Changes to these terms
1116 may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
